REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
Kalibroida Technology Solutions Private Limited offers refunds in certain circumstances according to the following guidelines:
- Customer request a cancellation of a service, prior to an attempt for service provided and where Kalibroida Technology Solutions Private Limited.
- The refunds are done by the company to the source of the payment in most cases.
- All refund requests shall be made by the user by email to info@kalibroida.com, which will be the official mode of communication with the platform and the company. The company shall waive all other means of communication made.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations made prior to agreement made between the kalibroida and client. cancellation fee of INR. 1000/- (Indian Rupees Thousand only). Canceling threeprojects in a year after advance payment made will temporarily suspend customer account for six months. Figures are subject to change.
